Webcast of lecture with Connie Hedegaard
On 11 March 2011 EURECO took part in organizing a lecture followed by debate with EU
Climate Commissioner and former minister, Connie Hedegaard. Hedegaard gave the lecture EU's role in the Climate Change Negotiations, which focused on the role of the EU in global sustainable development.
The lecture was arranged in cooperation with Sustainability Science Centre.
Following the lecture there was debate. Students, researchers and interested parties had the opportunity to ask Climate Commissioner Connie Hedegaard questions. The debate was moderated by Professor Marlene Wind, Head of the Academic Board of EURECO, and Senior Researcher Iben Nathan from Forest & Landscape, Faculty of Life Sciences.
